We want you to be fully satisfied with your PSD purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be unopened and in its original heat-sealed bag to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
